How to set/override text color for event titles for events less than one day span in month view

Windows 11 / Edge / Chrome

Current Behavior

Setting Color property on calendar theme or directly on event does not have effect in month view for events spanning less than one day. For example, I am setting Color to White for this dark-mode theme.

Expected Behavior

I want to be able to control the text color for events in month view that span less than 1 day. Would looks like this(disable the color property from developer console to show concept, see above)
