This has been asked before and the only reason Cofoja is not available
under another license is because I don't technically own the copyright to
most of the code, which was written when I was working at Google, so,
unless something can be done there (or I decide to rewrite everything),
it's not really up to me, unfortunately.

This is quite an old thread (and should be closed) but I'd like to make it clear that cofoja is actually LGPL-licensed, which really should be fine for most commercial projects (which don't change the actual library code). But IANAL. |
