Happened when someone in assistance channels tried to open Pokémon Bank (possibly other apps can do this too) and tickets are messed up. Can be fixed by deleting tickets and reinstalling the app

this could use some more root cause analysis; apparently this issue has been around since 2017 but a bit sparse on what exactly is happening

I found one from December 2016. Seems like an issue that has plagued Pokémon bank for a while now. Seems rare still.
