Error Description

I accepted a random friend request,instead of adding the friend in my friend's list,it just added a ??? friend with a ??? nintendo network id,the friend request still remained and retrying to accept it did nothing.When trying to delete the ??? friend a "please wait" prompt appears for a few seconds,then the error occurs with error code 199-9998 "An error occured",with no further information and forcing to restart my Wii U.The Wii U wasnt not frozen as i could still scroll through the error message (since the support information does take up some space).After restarting the console,the friend requested disappeared and the ??? friend became a normal friend (aka from the friend request I originally received).I dont know if it matters but that happened while I was playing mk8.
