JavaCPP Javoized JNI interface exists to replace this project

This is suggestion for others to migrate into JavaCPP presets provided by Bytedeco and possibly join that community which provides generator for C++ interfaces including tesseract: https://github.com/bytedeco/javacpp-presets/tree/master/tesseract

It would be nice to use JavaCPP-Tesseract as it comes with a bundling of Tesseract native library and leptonica library according to the OS and platform. This will allow for Tess4J to provide the superior Facade which JavaCPP Preset doesn't provide.
