Bioconda recipe for Baysor - failure due to issues with the way the executable is generated while installing the Baysor julia package. Both build.sh and meta.yaml files are available for further fixes. Plan currently put on hold. Proceed with the docker image provided by the developers.

Module baysor - segfree, run submodules - nf-test cases with xeniumranger integration remain - needs extensive testing
