⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️

Describe the goal you'd like to achieve

I would like to request a feature to disable the option for the poll owner to remove or modify votes from participants. Currently, the owner can remove participants or alter votes, which can be problematic in some cases, especially when aiming for transparency and fairness in democratic processes.

While I understand that this feature can be useful for managing errors or exceptional cases, it would be helpful to have the ability to disable this functionality, either through a setting or a configuration option, so that votes remain permanent once cast.

This would prevent any unintended manipulation of poll results and help maintain trust in the poll process, especially for sensitive or important decisions.

Thank you for considering this request!

The current concept gives the poll owner god mode rights for the poll. This is because most of the settings of a poll are revertible in an easy way.

A reasonable approach could be to restrict groups by an admin setting in that way, that a poll owner will be treated as normal user (except some special commands, like closing or deleting a poll) once the poll is marked as "ready for publish".

This then may affect anonymous mode and editing of results.

In any case the presence (and the absence) of this feature has to be announced for the particular poll.
