Multi-Owner Forms

Issue:
Many users may need access to share the same Forms. Especially when the form is long and/or complex, recreating for each user is inefficient and error-prone.

Solution:
Forms can be assigned multiple access levels for sharing and/or editing.

Alt Solutions:

• Duplicating each form manually for each user that needs to share it - time consuming, error-prone.
• Assign one user that is responsible for all form sharing - inefficient and fails if that person is not available.
• Have everyone who needs to share the form use the same account to share from - insecure due to password sharing.

Additional Context:
Law firm needs intake forms sent out to each potential client. Form must be duplicated for each potential client so that client data is not intermingled in a single CSV. Only Form owner can duplicate and share forms, meaning all other employees cannot edit or share the necessary forms.
