[Android/iOS] adjust upload/download/copy/move UI/UX

iOS shows nicely upload and download:

• files to upload are shown as "pending" and you can see progress
• download status is shown

While copying/moving files this is not shown:

• copy/move 10 files
• go to target folder
• see them "pop up ouf of the blue"
  --> here it would be nice to have them also already as a placeholder like when uploading it

If we want to do this, we should also do it similar on Android.
