I’ve been working on something about a trip I took to Hokkaido. There is a Naguchi park (more like a landscape, it’s huge) constructed out of a landfill. It got me thinking about a network as a park. What form does that kind of “public space” take? A public park as an area of undevelopment, a network of undevelopment, etc… The gesture of turning a literal pile of shit into a communal place.

Could post a first draft here sometime soon. Would be cool to have some eyes on it for editing!
