The normalization is not producing correct values. The figure shows a comparison between KipTool and ImageJ.

Steps for resolution of the issue:

Obtain test data
Produce reference script in python. Save normalized image in repository.
Write unit test for plain normalization
Write unit test for BB normalization
Track the bug
