Missing build.sh

You seem to have omitted your build script. bootstrap.sh calls build.sh but it doesn't exist in the repo.

Oh thanks for letting me know @jlongland - not sure how I missed that!

I don't think I ever actually wrote the build.sh script, unfortunately. Do you need something to be put together or are you good to write it yourself. As you can probably tell, this project has gone pretty cold (last commit was in January 😱) so I'm happy to take PRs.
