Does not work on Android 10 #30

It was working till Android 9 but stopped working on Android 10 due restriction imposed on executing libs from App data directory.

Do you have any solutions?

For Android 6.0 onwards, use Xamarin.Android.MP4Transcoder, look at the README.md, and let me know if it works.
