Notebooks should not hard-code which binder instance to use.
They should point to cloud.neurolibre.com, and we should simply reconfigure this subdomain to point to whatever it is that we want.

what we need is a redirection https://docs.netlify.com/routing/redirects/#syntax-for-the-netlify-configuration-file

Probably the link is going to be neurolibre.com/binder instead of a subdomain.
