We're replacing CogAtlas with SNOMED-CT for assessments. The CLI should

  • error out when unrecognized vocabulary is encountered in data dictionary
  • error with informative message when data dictionary includes a deprecated (but previously recognized) vocabulary
  • not add these deprecated terms to the generated jsonld file
  • create a test / example file for testing
  • update test examples to replace cogatlas w/ snomed
