Switch to english as the main documentation language

Hello all !

First suggestion, I was trying to dive into the documentation and especially for document like this one I think it would be great to put an emphasis on english as the primary language for everything.

I see that as a good practice as it can ease onboarding and investigation into your probably awesome project :-)

Cannot translate myself though. Will try DeepL.
