Properties in multiple languages

To increase findability it could be advisable to provide several properties of the dataset decription in multiple languages.

The requirements should include an example of multilingual properties, such as:

Next up should be checking the behaviour of the validator/crawler and mapping of the Dataset Register in case of multilingual properties.
