Bug description
If the image is a SVG, the attribut loading lazy is not added to the image tag.

Steps to reproduce
Insert a svg and a jpg and see the difference.

Expected behavior
svg files should have loading="lazy" attribut too.

Environment

TYPO3 version: 11.5
PHP version: 7.4
Extension version: 11.0.14
