GitHub downloads are disappearing... #22

Sadly, GitHub are doing away with their support for binary downloads:

https://github.com/blog/1302-goodbye-uploads

Check that this doesn't affect update checker.
Find another place to host CI-Eye binaries.
Update the code on the CI-Eye website that counts downloads to date.

I think GitHub Releases are the way to go now: https://help.github.com/articles/about-releases

Also, the current downloads on google code are also going to die soon:
