能否完全开源NIM_PC_Demo中的第三方库代码和Duilib代码 #42

目前NIM_PC_Demo中的duilib模块，只是为了便于外部引用而不能修改, 因为只提供了.h文件和生成库. 虽然有NIM_Duilib_Framework项目的Duilib可以参考，但毕竟没有NIM_PC_Demo开源Duilib来的直接。 不知这块儿能否开源，便于使用和喜欢NIM_PC_Demo的业界人员修改和调试。

目前NIM_PC_Demo中duilib模块修改了一部分代码， 虽然大体相同但是细节部分无法掌控。如能开源就太棒了。

有一些新的接口， 目前NIM_Duilib_Framework中没有体现.
