I installed the plugin with a fresh installation, Both netbox and the netbox plugin for proxmox is running on the lastest versions.

What is missing is the interfaces and some other basic information. What I am wondering is it a bug or missing custom fields.
I did follow the installation to the letter. And the virtualization tools is installed.

Some more information. When I run a promox full update I see this in console:

[ERROR] interface with mac_address ee:ee:ee:ee:ee:ee from XXXXXX qemu-guest-agent is not defined in netbox. That would explain why the IP address does not show.

But I have no idea how to define that with customization.

Also the hypervisor has the same problem. The interface details is blank

@riaanp78 You need to install end enable emu-guest-agent on the vm to know it's ips. https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Qemu-guest-agent

@devopstales all the nodes on my cluster have them installed as default (part of the template we use)

This displays in the UI

Same here. LXCs don't show their IP in netbox
