Migration error (dependencies reference nonexistent parent node)

I've been trying to do a fresh install of the plugin in order to apply a recent fix regarding BASE_PATH, but now whenever I try to run the migration script I run into an error:

Seems like you need netbox 3.5.0 for that version. I will update the docs
