time range on associations

every entry in the associations table has a created_at column (you guessed it, unix millis). by just filtering WHERE created_at > ? we can get who was confirmed to be at the base recently (instead of "all time" which is the association score it currently shows). so idk maybe add some reasonable ui like "last 24h, last week, last month, all time" to that associations box
