Provide API for interfacing with cameras and provide examples

See title. The camera systems are only added to the external station as the plant needs to be simulated for the camera systems to work. However, we should be able to access the cameras from the external station whether it is simulated or not. The goal is to add API to hardware station for obtaining images, etc.
