Chat TTS?

Has anyone thought about/ same up with a way to get this to work with a chat like twitch or youtube? It's something that I have thought about for a few days not after learning RVC for fun/voice changers, then learned about tortoise and starting playing around with it with custom trained models. The integration could use something like streamer bot for the token from the website and to break down the request into something that could be put in and load a preset and then output a audio that could then be played back. I have had no luck with finding something like that but would love to hear feed back about if this was even a possibility? I just genially have no clue where to ever begin
