Biopython requires Python 3.6 or later. Python 2.7 detected #5

Version 1.76 is the last release to support Python 2.7 and 3.5, all later releases of biopython require Python 3.6 or greater. Version 1.77 was released the 25th of May 2020.

Adding biopython==1.76 to the pip install list in the dockerfile does not solve the issue for me. I then get another seemingly unrelated ERR:
_Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow_2.3.0,_=2.2.0 (from mhcflurry_=1.2.2-_mhctools)
I have been in contact with the very helpful Guilherme Araújo, who helped develop the app that advised me to:
docker pull oandrefonseca/neoant-hill:1.0
I have not yet gotten that to work but if you see this and have the same problem then you might.

Also having issues. Code on github fails to build due to issues with Python 2.7, attempts to run pip as root, and missing python packages.

Attempts to use oandrefonseca/neoant-hill:1.0 fails at

[ -> processing mutations ....................172.17.0.1 - - [06/Aug/2022 23:44:48] "POST /input_processing HTTP/1.1" 200
