Would you please publish releases to maven central + jcenter? Thank you.

Hi,

The versioning plugin is already in JCenter at https://bintray.com/dcoraboeuf/nemerosa/versioning

Publishing into the Maven Central is not so straightforward. Any reason why you would need this?

JCenter is going away soon, so I guess it's better to plan for this one accordingly.
