Argh v.0.29 released!

Hi everyone.

I've just released Argh v.0.29. There's a minor breaking change, some bugfixes and enhancements, and deprecation of another bunch of old design decisions that didn't stand the test of time.

We have two new contributors: @ekimekim and @mr-c. Welcome and thank you!

The next version, v.0.30, will be a very interesting one. It will remove a lot of previously deprecated things and finally introduce support for type hints. I hope to have enough time on my weekends to ship it by the end of the year.

My original expectation to ship 1.0 by the end of the year does not seem very plausible at the moment. Gotta pay the bills :)
