plugin v11.5.0 not available on gradlePluginPortal

The latest version of the plugin is not available on the gradle plugin portal (still on v9.1.1) For interoperability with Gradle 8.4 version 11.5.0 is needed
ospackage-application 11.5.0 works, but - obviously - automatically applies the application plugin and adds the application to the RPM.

Version 11.5 0 is available on Gradle plugin portal but plugin coordinates have changed, see #426 ( => https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.netflix.nebula.ospackage )

Problem is that the link in the readme.md is still to the old location.
