Nexus Navigation works with Sidebar

Currently the Nexus navigation has its own sidebar plus tabs within those categories.
Rebuild the Nexus Navigation UX.

Goals

• works smoothly with the new sidebar
• is easily navigable on mobile
• the navigation hierarchy is clear

Details

The Nexus Schema is already separated from the Nexus Layout.

Likely navigation modes:

• Category->sub-category
• By Tag
• Search

Should AI be a top level Sidebar item like Home, Activity, and Discover?
