Subject: [nealhaddaway/citationchaser] Add a 'source' field in output ris files to show what input article each reference/citation came from (Issue #38)
Given that the included articles evolve over course of review and you may want to update your citation chasing accordingly, it would help to have at least a column/field in ris files outputted from backward/forwards chasing, which tells you which input article each ref/citation came from. This would make updating citation chasing as included articles changes easier, helping to modularise things a bit. Relatedly, an option to export refs/cites on a per input article basis might be handy!
P.S. citationchaser is a dream

Great glad you think so - potentially something that can be done fairly quickly in Newcastle in a few weeks! |
Can we sign you up to the citationchaser team then? 😉
