update problem can't log in

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0 b14

(1) In Game User Name: Knight4

(2) What is your issue?
every time i open the game on the log in screen the update screen comes and i 
must press download game.dat then it download 1.3 mb and then press restart 
then i open the game again the update screen shows again

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)open the game
b)update then restart 
c)open the game must update again 

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the normal log in screen and i log in to play

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
nothing i was playing yesterday there is no software changes or hardware
and today i can't log in
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
 yes the problem is not going away i tried to download the game from the site again .. i tried to only download game.dat i tried to download the .exe alone nothing changed the problem still appears
