(2) What is your issue?
I've had an error saying I have some hardware conflicts on a mission to
download and delete a file. Turned out I was short on HDD space.
So I chose one of my programs and deleted it (negative balance after violation
so I couldn't buy bigger HDD).
The "problem" is I had the app installed in memory bar and it stayed there.
I can normally operate with it like it's still there on the HDD.
All would be ok as far as the game ain't restarted - logically the app was
still loaded into memory.
But even after restarting the game (save and quit) the app that was deleted
from file manager still exists on the memory bar as installed app - fully
functional.
In case it was just one program problem, I'm talking about notepad (data
editor).

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Buy Notepad in the software shop (or double check if it's already there in
the file manager) - I had it bought and put into "programs" folder.
b) Install notepad so it appears on the memory bar.
c) Use "File Killer" on the notepad in the file manager.
d) Restart the game.
e) Log on to see the notepad still on the memory bar.

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would most likely be either require program uninstall
before deletion or remove program from memory bar after game restart/relogging.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

Irrelevant I guess ;)
