Paste layer turned off

If you want to use a stencil to apply solder paste you need to activate the paste layer for each pad. Inside KiCad, open the footprint editor and double click on a pad, then select "F.Paste" checkbox. It's not hard to do, but you don't want to buy a stencil and then find out it doesn't lay down solder for the Pico.
