Sale price not cleared when promo deleted. #155

If a promo has been run and creates a "genxml/calcsalescost" price, the price is not removed if the promo is deleted.

This causes a display issues, where there is no sale price but the calcsalecost triggered the IsOnSale flag.

It's simply solved by saving the product, but should be dealt with better on promo delete.
