How to keep all the metadata from the seurat traint object after running CellTrek::celltrek()

Wonderful tool, congrats!

I was wondering if/how one can keep all the metadata belonging to the seurat traint object (including metadata retrieved from the Visium object)?
After running CellTrek::celltrek(), only the metadata from the scRNA-seq object remains in the object.

Thank you for your interest. CellTrek actually maps the cells to spatial locations thus it's still a single cell object and Visium metadata was not kept. In the traint step, both data sets were kept.
