The solution to Exercise 3.13/14 is missing, which I find quite important since this is also a nice recap of chapter 2.7.

Agreed, I'm behind on a lot of things to update Nature of Code stuff but this is an important one and I will try to post something soon! (will gladly accept pull requests from anyone who has completed the exercise already!)

I would love to use this for my final project, which is offering solutions to exercise 3.13/14! I was wondering if this would still be helpful and if you would consider accepting a pull request?

Well, I think this will help. I found my solution but I'm not sure whether my answer is right.
