Periodic, automatically scheduled runs

The pipeline runs on BOLD data packages, which are released weekly. Hence, the ideal state would be for the pipeline to run in sync with this release schedule. In principle this may amount to a cron job (or similar). However, this will additionally require automated download of the latest BOLD data package, which currently needs some handholding. Lastly, this will also require automated publishing of the results, as per issue #102.

This is considered 'done' when a stable deployment is operational on a MaaS node.
