Toolbar buttons should have title attributes to see their name or a quick description.

Also has been talk about displaying some help while hovering the snippets, or making a separate document to explain this. I don't believe any open issue covers this.

@Gazook89 probably wants to cover the first issue in the Viewer tools part 3 project.
