I notice in the CFE_TIME_SetTime API. When you use this API the MET is unchanged, it just updates the STCF. This doesn't make much sense as it updates the start time of the mission as opposed to the current time of the mission. If I am updating the current time during the mission it will probably be due to clock drift that has happened since the start of the mission. Can someone please clarify if this is a bug or the reasoning behind this decision?
Wouldn't it be MET = New Time - STCF?
I am fairly new to cFS, my apologies if the answer is self-evident.
