We agreed to propose the following to HQ:

There are things that need to be fixed in the SMCE platform before we can invite external users.

Once those are fixed, invite Stephanie and Mario in.

We will select an additional user or two from those that get invited externally.

The Science Platform User Panel will meet 3 months after the science platform is open to them, and then after that every 6 months.
