The 3D test tests.test_nanshe.test_learner.test_generate_neurons_2 is failing. This was switched to using scikit-learn recently. It appears it fails to extract 1 of the 6 ROIs. Until we figure out the cause of the failure this change in testing should be reverted. No other test failures were seen other than this one. It is a bit strange this one test fails, but none of the other 3D test that use this same function failed.
