Dragging item scrolls the timeline

Describe the bug
Dragging or resizing item causes timeline to scroll, at least on beginning of drag movement.

To Reproduce
This can be reproduced also in official example https://codesandbox.io/s/q3rkx1478q
Just drag or resize some item an check that whole timeline scrolls for 1-2px.

Expected behavior
Timeline should not scroll when item is dragged or resized.
