btrbk支持更多自定义化的备份设置，相比timeshift, 虽然使用命令行和配置文件，但可以更自定义地配置备份

可以增加 btrbk 的拓展内容，但不建议替换 Timeshift（个人认为
Timeshift 图形界面的易用性可能目前 btrbk 还做不到

好的好的，既然是新手教程我自然会写得简单易懂一些。
