Tips on good and bad periods to search for a contract #8

Nice repo with useful info, thanks!

I was wondering if there are good or bad periods of time to search for new contracts? Ex. probably low hiring activity during summer and Christmas, but maybe higher in spring and autumn. Do companies generally have special periods for hiring consultants?

During summer and Christmas the whole industry is in stand-by because the majority goes on vacation. Usually, this means that less contracts are coming out during those dates. There are of course exceptions.
