I've tried this with a older assetbundle scripts32 file, as well as a few different ways of extracting the AssetBundle files.

7zip, through the Android File explorer export feature.

The Autopatcher keeps outputting the same results, any idea what i'm doing wrong here?

yeah happens for me too.
ive not played AL in a while so i thought maybe the process of using the patcher changed but using an old scripts32 i had lying around still worked.
oldscripts
for reference, attached is me patching scripts from around the beginning of april

Edit: patcher is apparently no longer supported
