[docs] Clarify AddrInfoOptions: all options will result in tickets that contain the NodeId

while reading up on blob ticket creation / blobs.Client.share and what information it embeds i.e. node_addr/enum.AddrInfoOptions i came across a question: does option AddrInfoOptions.Addresses also cause the node id to be included?

the answer from the discord was

yeah the NodeId is always part of a NodeAddr. i guess the docs on AddrInfoOptions could be a bit clearer on this
