NodeUI onboarding flow update

Currently during the onboarding flow, when it comes to node registration payment and other than crypto payment, when user is on the Payments step (No. 2) on NodeUI reload user is redirected to the Chose payment method step.

Acceptance criteria for changes in the flow

1. On NodeUI reload when user is on the Payments step and has proceeded with Paypal or Card payment, he is redirected to the Payments step 2 with loader waiting for payment processing to complete.
2. The page should include text and link that would redirect user to the chosen payment screen (paypal, stripe) for payment reattempt.
