The inspect form contains the following labels:
Category
Status
Assign:
Priority
Extra details
Public update:
Out of these, the assignment, priority and extra details are not displayed publicly. This has not been obvious to new users in our experience.
The public update label contains the word “public” which perhaps could give the impression that the other things are not public.
By the way, if we change the labels perhaps we should somehow remove the colons after “Assign” and “Public update” while we're at it so the labels looks a bit more consistent.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think a clarification of what pieces of information is displayed publicly in the inspect form would be helpful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We received some questions about “Extra details” in particular, so we added “ (interna)” (“interna” is Swedish for “internal”) at the end of that label. This works for us but we wouldn't mind a different solution.
Additional context
Not applicable.
