[bug] In mobile, refill spot view only displays with wrong height and buttons are 'squished' #46

Describe the bug

When you click a spot, the map is not clickable
The refill info you should be able to swipe up to make it 'full screen'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

on a phone, click to view refill spot information
Sometimes the layout will display at incorrect height (not full screen)
Secondly, the buttons are incorrect sizes and the 'x' is in the wrong position

Expected behavior
It should always display like the second screenshot (full screen height)
